1.   Returns

          You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

•  Non-Returnable Items: 

          The following items are non-returnable:

                  1. Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order products).

2.   Refunds     

• Refund Process:

          Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will                           

          be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.   

• Non-Refundable Costs:

             Shipping fees are non-refundable

3.   Personalized Items

              Please note that personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and   

           non-exchangeable due to their unique nature. If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for assistance.

4.  Exchanges

           We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at
